Quest Not Appearing? Try These Steps!
Many players report this quest being bugged or hidden. Community testing has shown that you must complete a series of small tasks within Bellhart to make it spawn:
1. Defeat Sister Splinter: This is the main story prerequisite. The quest will not appear before this boss in Shellwood is defeated.
2. Upgrade Your Needle: You must have Pinmaster Plinney upgrade your needle at least once.
3. Sell a Relic: You must sell at least one relic to Relic Seeker Scrounge.
4. Talk to Pavo: You must speak with Pavo, the dancing bell-greeter NPC, at least once. Many players miss this step.
If the quest still doesn’t appear, try buying an item from a shop, fast traveling to another area (like Songclave), resting at a bench there, and then returning to Bellhart to check the board again.
Make sure you have at least 250 Rosaries. Accepting the wish will immediately deduct the Rosaries from your inventory and complete the quest in a single step.
