My Missing Brother is the direct follow-up to the My Missing Courier wish. After rescuing Tipp, he asks you to find his lost brother, Pill, who was last seen heading towards the dangerous Sinner’s Road.
Before you can start this quest, you must complete two key objectives:
Complete My Missing Courier You must first find and rescue Tipp in the My Missing Courier quest. After this, Tipp will appear in Bellhart.
Unlock The Citadel Progressing the main story to the point where The Citadel is unlocked is also a requirement.
Once the prerequisites are met, find Tipp in Bellhart. Speaking with him will reveal his concern for his brother, Pill. This interaction makes the “My Missing Brother” wish available on the nearby Wish Board (beside Frey). Interact with the board to officially accept the quest.
Pill is located deep within Sinner’s Road. Your route will depend on whether you have previously unlocked the main elevator connecting Greymoor and Sinner’s Road.
If you’ve already been to Sinner’s Road, take the large elevator up from Greymoor’s central zone (near the Halfway Home landmark). This will quickly take you to the upper levels and the entrance to Sinner’s Road.
If this is your first time, you’ll need a longer path. From the Greymoor Bellway, head left into the next area. Climb straight up, past a large rotating spike wheel, and take the path on your upper right. This leads to the elevator area. Stand on the pressure plate to activate the elevator for future use, then ride it down to Sinner’s Road.
Once inside Sinner’s Road, you will need to navigate through a hazardous area to find Pill.
From the entrance, head right. In the next large room, continue right until you see a bench sign. From there, jump and use your Cling Grip ability to climb the wall. At the top, enter the next room to your right. This area is filled with spikes you’ll need to pogo off of.
Proceed to the far right ledge of the spike room. Look for a broken cage above you. Climb up, turn left, and pogo off the spikes to reach a platform. Jump to the wall on the left, then pogo off more spikes to reach the higher platform where you’ll find Pill being attacked by a Roachfeeder and a Roachcatcher. Defeat these enemies to save him.
After the enemies are defeated, speak with Pill. He will thank you for the rescue. This conversation completes the wish.
Reuniting the two brothers permanently unlocks their shop in Bellhart, opening up a new type of repeatable quest for you to earn Rosaries.
