Great Taste of Pharloom Wish
The Great Taste of Pharloom is a major, multi-part side quest in Hollow Knight: Silksong. This quest involves finding and delivering five rare and exotic items from across the kingdom to an NPC named Mergwin in the Citadel.
Quest Overview How to Start Great Taste of Pharloom Quest
Section titled “How to Start Great Taste of Pharloom Quest”To begin the Great Taste of Pharloom quest, you must first reach the Citadel. Find and speak to the NPC Mergwin, who will task you with finding five unique items to satisfy their palate. Each item must be delivered to Mergwin individually to progress the quest.
All Item Locations & Walkthrough

Item 1: Moss Druid's Gift
The first item is obtained by simply talking to the Moss Druid in his cave in Bone Bottom. This is likely a reward for completing a prior task for him.

Item 2: Criege's Basement
Travel to Halfway Home in Greymoor and find Criege. You must first pay him 480 Rosaries. After paying, he will ask you to clear out his basement of enemies to get the second item.

Item 3: The Timed Delivery
First, complete the side quest "My Missing Brother", then talk to Tipp and Pill in Bellhart. They will give you the third item, which must be delivered to Mergwin under a strict time limit.

Item 4: Sands of Karak
This item is located in the Sands of Karak. To access this region, you must travel to the far left side of the Blasted Steps and use the Clawline ability.

Item 5: Sinner's Path
The final item is found at the bottom right of the Sinners Path. Reaching this location requires the Faydown Cloak (glide) ability.
