What does NOT count for 100% completion in Silksong?

Activities and collectibles not essential for the main 100% completion metric are expected to include: Completing the Hunter's Journal / Bestiary, individual tool upgrades (beyond acquisition), defeating optional bosses, and collecting Mementos or housing furniture.
